Office-convention Centre „Przystanek mBank” in Łódź is another GEO-KAT’s project in cooperation
with Ghelamco Group – a Belgian development enterprise founded in 1985. Ghelamco, apart from its
Belgian operations, also executes investments in Poland, Russia and Ukraine.
A six-storey office building offers ca. 24 000m2 of modern office space and will be integrated with
historic buildings at the premises: the manor outbuilding and the palace.
GEO-KAT has executed:
• Electrical Installations
• Fire Alarm System (SSP)
• Access Control System (SKD) – including entrance gates and barriers
• Intrusion Detection System (SSWiN)
• Closed Circuit Tele Vision (CCTV)
• Video Intercom System
• BMS and Building Automation Systems
